Attorney Rhonda Stuart offer a full range of employment and HR legal services – ranging from strategic HR consulting to litigation of employment law disputes.
Her experience with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) includes claims involving race, sex, age, national origin, religious, sexual harassment, and disability. She has represented both employees and employers in mediation, and has negotiated settlements and exit packages. She has also assisted claimants in transitioning to new opportunities within their existing employer. Ms. Stuart has also lead and assisted companies in internal investigations. As part of her investigations, she has reviewed HR files, interviewed parties, advised companies on the creation of HR materials, and worked with HR personnel to execute appropriate measures based on results of the investigations. She has also advised claimants and respondents in HR-related queries. Ms. Stuart has conducted HR best practices seminars for hospitals and medical groups.
